Returns & Exchange

7-day easy exchange on all pieces — hassle-free.

Exchange window

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging with all tags and pouches intact.

How to start an exchange

  • Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short note on what you'd like to exchange.
  • Please include clear photos of the piece and its packaging — this helps us approve your request faster.
  • Once approved, we'll guide you through the return pickup or drop-off and dispatch your replacement.

Damaged or wrong item

  • Received something damaged, defective or different from what you ordered? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing photo or video really helps — we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

  • For prepaid orders, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned piece.
  • You may also choose store credit, which is issued instantly once your return is approved.

Made-to-order & bridal sets

  • Custom, made-to-order and bridal pieces are crafted specially for you and may carry specific exchange terms — always check the product page.
  • These aren't eligible for a change-of-mind exchange, but we'll of course replace anything that arrives damaged or faulty.
