Coverage & charges
- We ship to every serviceable pincode in India, entirely free — there's no minimum order value.
- International shipping isn't available yet. If you're ordering from outside India, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can arrange.
Dispatch & delivery timelines
- Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Made-to-order and bridal sets need extra crafting time — the estimated timeline is noted on the product page and confirmed on WhatsApp before we begin.
Tracking your order
- Once your order ships, we share the courier name and tracking link on WhatsApp and by email.
- If tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, message us and we'll chase the courier for you.
Payment & Cash on Delivery
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most pincodes.
- Paying online (UPI or card) unlocks an extra prepaid discount at checkout and speeds up dispatch.
Delays beyond our control
- Festivals, weather, and regional disruptions can occasionally slow couriers. We'll always keep you posted if your order is running late.
